In August 2017, SAOF UK Team visited a Hindu Temple near Lewisham BR station for a Cancer Awareness Campaign. They focused on raising awareness about breast cancer. At the end of the program, they had an interactive session. They distributed free educational materials
HARRINGAY HEALTH AWARENESS
Dr. Oduwaiye and the SAOF UK Team had another Church Awareness Campaign at Harringay United Church-Baptist, Allison Road/Green Lanes, London N8 0RG, in conjunction with Harringay Baptist Men’s Fellowship. Free Newsletters and Educational Materials were distributed.
OGS OFFA TENAGE CANCER AWARENESS
Dr. Oduwaiye and the Nigerian SAOF Team were in Offa Grammar School educating students about how to fight the deadly disease ‘cancer’ as a teenager. The students ask questions and answered by Health Professionals. The founder’s old schoolmates support this commendable event.
SOUL WINNING CHURCH OUTREACH
SAOF Nigeria Team was at Soul Winning Cathedral, Yaba. Many Widows were screened for general ailments, and free drugs were given to them. There were sessions of an Awareness Campaign on Early Detection and Prevention of Breast Cancer.
SAOF FBC JABATA OYO HEALTH OUTREACH
SAOF Team in Lagos, with Dr. O. Oduwaiye and friends/members of SAOF foundations from UCH Ibadan and Ilorin, were all at Ebenezer Baptist Church, Jabata, Oyo State. After sessions of Public Health, free medicaments were distributed alongside free educational materials.
RCCG LP 34 diabetes AWARENESS
SAOF Nigeria had health awareness at the Provincial Headquarters of Lagos Province 34 of the RCCG. After the Health Talk, there was a session of Questions and Answer, and Free Materials were distributed. The Vice Chairman of SAOF was there in person.
OGORI VILLAGE HEALTH OUTREACH
This Village Outreach was actually in honor of one of SAOF’s UK Trustees, Dr. Obaro, who is late now. This Outreach was well-coordinated in partnership with Ogori Grand Progressive Initiative. A fumigating case of Breast Cancer was detected in this event.
SAOF IGOSUN VILLAGE OUTREACH
SAOF Nigeria had a village health outreach and cancer awareness program in Igosun, Kwara State. This event was chaired by Chief A Sayomi, Former Deputy Governor of Kwara State, Nigeria. All the present villagers were treated free and given free medications
