SAOF’s quest to reach more people in campaign for ‘breast cancer awareness’ had become vital with church awareness campaign. Facts reveals to us that ‘women are more “religious” than men , Catholic Countries have an average 15% lower female labor participation rate than Protestant Countries, 0-12% of Senior or Sole Ordained Leaders are Women. This may not shock you, but it certainly is interesting.
Awareness is the first step in battle against breast cancer. Starting from Madam Sarah Ayoka Oduwaiye's Church, First Baptist Church Orile Agege, and Mosque around her environs, we will reach all the whole of Nigeria and beyond with advocacy of Breast Cancer, and we will be having more of it this year, and our vision is to have at least one campaign every 2 Sundays in a month. Early detection is the key..
